Secretary laid down the regime diet rules, dos and don'ts. Well, it's rather strict and tough, i should just give it a try for a month and see how it works for me. Shall start tomorrow.
Cold turkey for almost more than 2 weeks, still hanging on though while having some distractions. So Simo kept me distracted for 2 days. The thing with guys, what they say and what they do is a totally different thing, i got kinda mad with that. I had to force myself to stay in bed, otherwise if i'm up too early, i'll feel the hunger. So i ate only 2 meals, but equivalent to one meal. Cheated a lil though, with half a steak and for the fact i ate twice.
